USA Diplomas<\/em> offers the opportunity to participate in educational and training programs identified in house or offsite leaded by specialized professionals \/ university lecturers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1.\tFees and Payments.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Fees for a specific offered course covers the program described by the professional lecturer at the venue and dates stipulated. Materials will be indicated on the program. \u00a0\u00a0Rates do not include air \/ bus and\/or taxi tickets.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2.\tForce Majeure, Changes, Cancellation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Diplomados USA courses\u2019 schedule is made in advance to comply with the dates and venues\u00a0 offered to our students, nevertheless if any of the international lecturers shall have any force majeure event such as personal major force issues (such as health, family issues, decease) Visa and \/ or migration issues, change on his\/her own traveling schedule (air tickets cancellation, delays) Diplomados USA shall either cancel this particular event or re-schedule as per the lecturer availability.<\/p>

Upon the occurrence of a course Cancellation, including but not limited to events outside the Company\u2019s control (acts of God, riots, wars, insurrection of military power, civil rebellion, production delays, strikes, hurricanes, tropical storms, earthquakes, floods, natural disasters or inclement weather (regardless of severity)), shutdowns due health regulations and restrictions, I agree the Diplomados USA shall, at its sole and absolute option: a) have the right, but not the obligation, to offer an alternative venue and date \u00a0or b) elect to postpone the course or c) cancel the course without further legal or financial obligation or liability, including any obligation to issue a refund or to reschedule the course.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

3.\tNo Refunds<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Credits are applicable only toward future fees for use of a re-schedule course or an equivalent one and are not convertible into cash or any type of refund.<\/p>

All fees and payments made by one Party to the other under this Agreement shall be deemed non-refundable.<\/p>

Diplomados USA recommends to our international students to acquire their air tickets one month before the venue date once the event will be confirmed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4.\tAcknowledgement<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of USA Diplomas<\/em> and me with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to such subject matter. If any term or provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Agreement or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. This Agreement is binding on and shall ensure to the benefit of me and my heirs and next-of-kin, and USA Diplomas<\/em> and its successors and assigns. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Florida and the federal laws of United States of America applicable therein. Any claim or cause of action arising under this Agreement may be brought only in the courts of Florida, and I hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY WAIVING SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS (ON MY BEHALF AND ON BEHALF OF MY HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS AND NEXT-OF-KIN), INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE THE COMPANY AND THE RELEASEES.<\/strong><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
